The objective of the assignment is to facilitate and promote the reform in the waterborne transport. Was included provision of recommendations for improvement and assistance in the adoption of the draft IWW law and eaboration of the Terms of References for a new technical assistance project “Assistance for Dnieper transport development” suitable in structure and quality for the EU external assistance tender procedure and requirements.
